Our manufacturing facility is located at Siddaramanagara, on National Highway No.4, near Tumkur, 70kms away from Bangalore. We have well planned layout in 5acres of land with factory production sheds of around 1.5Lacs Sq. Ft and all modern amenities and latest methods of accounting. Manpower of our company is 100 plus with good team of technocrats and technicians along with skilled laborers. We have got fleet of 05 commercial vehicles with modern communication facility catering the needs of our clients 24x7, 365 days with assured and timely service.
Technology & plant description
Our company uses state of art Binder less Technology, with machinery and process developed by M/s FRED HAUSMAN of Switzerland, Morbark Inc, USA, Andrix Feed machine, Europe & Vermeer Corporation.
Since 10yearsWe have installed 3 briquette plants with individual capacity of 1.5 ton per hr, total installed capacity of our plant is 2500 tones per month & 3 lines of 10 TPH pellets per hour, Total capacity of plant is 600TPH & 2lacs Ton Per year.
We manufacture briquettes of 90mm dia, 4-6 inch in length with high calorific value of Bio mass combination based on customer specification to ensure high heat value and harmless hassle free exhaust fumes.
Expansion
For the manufacturing patented product, Densified Palm Fuel, we have put pilot plant consisting ANDRIX FEED MACHINES, Germany state of art Densifier, based on laterst technology, of 15 ton/hr capacity.
With the successful of above said plant, we are now on massive expansion project which will have totaled installed capacity of 2lac ton / annum with an estimated investment of INR.50 crore million by January 2016.
